Customer Systems is a young, highly successful software consulting firm, implementing the leading software packages in the areas of customer relationship management (CRM) and analytics. We are based in Chertsey in Surrey and also have a US office located in New Jersey.

The Role

We are differentiated by the unique brilliance, determination and talent of our people, and we have to recruit constantly to meet the demand for our services. If you would like to be right at the core of the recruitment of our future consultants, then this role will be just right for you.

You will plan and execute our recruitment advertising and our presence at careers fairs. You will interview many of our candidates, aiming to spot those who fit our demanding profile.

You do not need any prior experience of IT or of recruitment. We will show you how the process works – though you are, of course, at liberty to improve the process.

The Rewards

The starting salary is £30k and this will be reviewed after 6 months. This is a senior role in the organisation and there is scope for considerable increase in this figure for someone who really gets to grips with the role and makes the right progress.

Relocation allowances are available for people moving into the area.

The opportunity could exist later on to incorporate marketing management within the role.

The Requirements

To be right for this role you will need:

• Three serious A-Levels at grade A or B (Minimum ABB).
• A degree from a high-quality institution (preferably in a literate discipline) - normally at 2:1 or above.
• Undergraduate applicants should have a reasonable expectation of a 2:1 or above.
• Presentability, articulacy, literacy and presence.
• Enthusiasm, determination and a sense of "mission".
