The Commercial Bank graduate programmes
Our Commercial Bank Graduate Programme lasts up to two years and gives you a unique chance to take on several roles and decide your own career path

Our structured programme starts by introducing you to the worlds of sales and portfolio management. You'll work with Finance Directors of multi-nationals and Managing Directors of family-run enterprises. Once you complete your first placement in Sales, you'll decide whether to progress into one of our other business areas: Risk, Product, Chief Operating Office or Global Payments for your final placement.

This all-round business grounding will help you decide whether your future career should be frontline Sales, Risk, Product Development, Chief Operating Office (COO) or Global Payments unit.

Locations
With more than 60 teams around the UK, Ireland and, increasingly, overseas, you could work anywhere from London to Edinburgh, Cardiff to Newcastle, Birmingham to Bristol, or even abroad.
