Capgemini is one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services. We work with leading organisations, in both the public and private sectors, and fundamentally change the way they work.
Collaboration is a key word in our business. It sums up the way we work with our clients. It sums up the way we work with each other too. You’ll be joining forces with 90,000 other bright people in a culture that’s defined by teamwork and mutual support.
In fact, it’s our collaborative approach that has been largely responsible for getting us where we are today.
You’ll be able to contribute to our ongoing success from the very first day you start, taking early responsibility and really getting stuck in. And thanks to our huge range of clients and projects, you’ll get all the flexibility and variety you need to make an informed decision about the kind of career you ultimately want to pursue.
We have two technology focused graduate schemes: Aspire and Technology Consulting.
Aspire
Capgemini is the IT partner of HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), delivering Aspire, one of the public sector’s most complex and high profile transformational outsourcing contracts.
You can be part of this exciting environment by joining the Capgemini Aspire Academy. The structured training programme offers a wide variety of opportunities on complex and high profile IT related projects. You will gain a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience opening up your career options and pushing your capabilities.
Consulting. Outsourcing. IT. Experience it all with the Capgemini Aspire Academy.
Technology Consulting
Cutting-edge technology solutions are our speciality. We design, build and implement them for some of the largest and most prestigious organisations in the world. With ING, we changed the face of mortgage provision in the UK. We are transforming the technology of the Criminal Justice system and helping organisations such as Raleigh International improve their customer service.
Our technology consulting programme will give you exposure to all this from practically your first day. Working as an active member of the team, you’ll get to work with some of the technology sector’s biggest players – we have global alliances with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, HP, Google and Intel, to name just a few, and also boast a number of smaller niche partners.including Microsoft, IBM, Google and Intel.
And you don’t even need to be a technical expert to do it. In fact, we welcome people from all degree disciplines. As long as you have a passion for technology, we’ll help you build up all the knowledge and skills you need to become your own kind of business technology consultant, and to develop along the career path that suits you best.
