Responsibilities
The programme provides a structured yet “flexible” framework for development that puts individuals in the spotlight from day one. Each participant will have distinct development assignments allowing the participant to experience a broad spectrum of R&D categories. These could be across Microbiology, Formulation, Analytical, Quality Assurance, Quality control, Clinical Projects and Regulatory Affairs.
Every Fast Track Graduate will undertake an assignment within R&D which will include People Management experience and Reckitt Benckiser will then guarantee at least two further assignments across other areas of the business; this may include an international posting.
Reckitt Benckiser takes the development of the next generation of senior managers very seriously as their future depends on it. We are looking for future directors, natural leaders, risk-takers who are confident, determined and resilient. If you’re ambitious, bright enough to learn quickly and want a really challenging career we want you; because we only want the best.
Requirements
Graduates directly from university with a minimum of a 2:1 in a science focussed discipline are highly desirable.
We will also consider candidates who graduated up to two years earlier and are looking for their next challenge within R&D
A desire to move internationally is also critical as an international move will be necessary for longer term career progression
