We offer Finance Industrial Placements of 12 months’ duration to a select few individuals who we feel are talented enough to go on to join our prestigious Finance Leader Development Programme (FLDP) after completing their degree. We’ll offer you the chance to undertake a finance job with real responsibilities within one of our business groups, based at locations throughout the UK. Typical locations placements are: Newcastle, Brough (near Hull), Farnborough, Portsmouth and our largest site at Warton (Lancs). Opportunities are not necessarily limited to these sites.

The preferred start date for your placement will be the beginning of July 2010, but we can be flexible to fit in with your academic commitments. In addition to the comprehensive work experience within our finance function, you’ll also be granted several days for training and you’ll be invited to attend various graduate conferences and events throughout the year.

We’ll offer you a salary of £17,000 and all successful placement students will be invited back to join the FLDP programme and will be offered a bursary payment of £1,500 for their final year at university.

Our requirements: 280 UCAS points (or equivalent) and an expected 2:1 degree in any discipline.
