After an initial period on a simulator, your trading will be backed by company funds and you will receive a competitive profit share from your trading account. 

Trainees benefit from interactive theory sessions on the application of technical tools and fundamental analysis and are provided with high specification professional trading systems.
The structure of each trading session is modelled on how an Investment Banking Trading Desk analyses and trades the markets.

Experienced traders monitor your trading decisions in real time and provide continual advice and support. Building on our extensive experience, we have replicated the information sharing advantages of our trading floor in our live remote trading room where traders continuously discuss news, ideas and theories enabling us to maintain our market competitive advantage.

We have pioneered advances in trading psychology and behavioural finance to help you reach your full potential. Along with our initial in house induction, given by head trader Piers Curran, trading psychology sessions will be held on the Amplify Trading floor.
