Not all scientists wear white coats

We’re looking for inspirational graduates to put the fizz back into science and help transform the future for young people around the UK.

Are you looking for a graduate position that gives you responsibility from day one?
Do you want to develop your leadership skills and stand out from the crowd?

Through a unique Leadership Development Programme, Teach First will provide you with unparalleled opportunities to develop your potential through skills training, leadership development and exposure to leading organisations across the spectrum of education, business and the third sector.

Teach First is a prestigious graduate employer, recently named 7th in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers, that places top graduates into a two year leadership development programme. Through the programme, participants become inspiring teachers, leaders, role models and agents of change.

The charity is enthusiastically backed by a wide range of high-profile supporters in all sectors and by the government e.g. PwC, P&G, BT, HSBC– because they recognise the skills you develop in the classroom are directly transferable to management careers. They know that if you can engage, manage and stimulate a class of teenagers, you can handle pretty well any situation in any organisation.

“The leadership & vision that Teach First graduates have shown, together with the communication, problem solving & organisation skills they develop make them highly desirable candidates for any business”
Proctor & Gamble (deferred entry partner with Teach First)

Whatever your long term ambitions, Teach First will help you stand out from the crowd. As well as gaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) you’ll have the opportunity to pursue a fully-funded Masters qualification and gain access to a network of extensive supporters. This is a full-time paid position for a minimum of two years.
