Nature of Programme: ExxonMobil’s financial organisation offers Financial/Business Analysis placements for exceptional candidates each year. The program is designed to provide an opportunity for the candidate to assess ExxonMobil as a future employer and ExxonMobil to assess candidate skills and long-term career fit.
Your role from day one will be working as part of a team supporting one of our business units, providing accounting or analytical support for day-to-day operations as well as having the opportunity to work on individual projects. Our key objectives for the placements are to test analytical skills along with leadership and teamwork attributes while providing exposure to our culture and global operations.
Qualifications, skills, abilities and knowledge required:
- Penultimate year undergraduates with proficiency in relevant areas, such as financial analysis, accounting, corporate finance, international business
- Proven record of initiative, leadership and academic achievement
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Geographic mobility (domestic and international)
