The Role.
-Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, you will join part of an existing team, you will be responsible for a multi-disciplined approach to a UK or International region, with particular emphasis on delivering excellent solutions and service to your clients/candidates unique specifications and requirements
-Total responsibility for managing your own desk and work load, you will proactively seek new business and implement the recruitment requirements of your vertical market within your chosen market sector. You will strive to achieve your set KPI`s and generate a revenue comparable to your target.
-You will contribute to the success and development of the business, delivering year on year growth and capitalising on future growth opportunities by creating and encouraging a culture where continuous learning and development is respected and valued
