Location: The vacancy will be based out of our London, Canary Wharf office. However candidates should be willing to travel UK and EU wide.
As one of our graduate consultants, you will be aligned to the Strategic Services team, based in our Canary Wharf office. During the 11 months scheme you will be completing client based engagements, working closely with our on-site consultants to deliver our value proposition and help clients exceed their objectives. You will further complete a number of tailored training courses, developing your capabilities in the areas of business analytics, business intelligence and consulting. Further, “soft skill” modules will equip you with the tools and techniques to succeed in challenging international project scenarios. We are there to support you in your growth and career progression – be it through our mentor and buddy program, or through direct exposure to senior colleagues in the business. In a fast growing and entrepreneurial business like ours results do get noticed and rewarded!
Upon successful completion of the scheme you will be taken on to the Strategic Services core business and will have the opportunity to focus and enhance your expertise in a specific industry sector or solution category and grow your career with the business.
When you join Cognizant you will not be spending time in the class room or back office away from the client. We think it is important to give you real experience. The scheme at Cognizant is giving graduates responsibility and time with the client as quickly as possible so you can practice the skills you learn. During the 11 months you will be working on client engagements very early to gain hands on experience from the very start. You can expect to work with some of the biggest companies in the UK but also internationally and to be mentored by experienced associates who are recognized throughout the industry.
