Corporate Graduate Management Trainee

Starting Salary:  £25,000 per annum

The Corporate Graduate Scheme offers roles in Operations (including opportunities to specialise in HR and Marketing), Business solutions through IT, Property, Purchasing, and Finance: our Finance Scheme is CIMA accredited.

Corporate graduates will be expected to reach a Senior Manager role within 5 years and all achieve a substantive role within 2 years.  For example an Area Manager role with responsibility for a district of 12 sites that together turn over around £12 million per annum.

The Corporate Scheme offers a structured training programme including professional qualifications (where applicable) and on and off job training.  We provide ongoing reviews, formal coaching, mentoring and graduate buddy system.

About you:-

• You are a high calibre graduate with a good degree (first or high 2:1), coupled with strong A levels (A, B, B or equivalent)
• Self motivated 
• You will go the extra mile to achieve results and the best possible outcomes.
• Experience within a leadership role will be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills.
