Training and development
The Technology division offers internship, industrial placement and graduate opportunities.
Training is designed to develop highly skilled and motivated technologists. Analysts are hired into a variety of technical roles ranging from Application Development to Computing Infrastructure and Engineering. Analysts may develop skills in building, integrating, deploying, and extending software systems to support our business or support and develop the global enterprise infrastructure for the Firm. The curriculum includes orientation to the firm and securities industry, intensive technology training and instruction on proprietary technologies. Throughout the program, Analysts will have the opportunity to build a strong network amongst their peers and senior management alongside the comprehensive skills acquired during the programme.
All degree disciplines are welcome but for Technology careers a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related science or engineering discipline is particularly relevant.
