The programme is a great opportunity for you to experience our working environment and culture and explore the type of work you could be doing if you joined as an intern during  or an analyst after graduation. The programme usually takes place between March and April every year.

In addition to the common requirements of numerical, interpersonal, communication and team working skills, graduates should focus on developing their negotiation, networking and entrepreneurial skills.
