Bechtel's graduates have a breathtaking range and variety of opportunities available to them with truly international career prospects. We're looking for graduates expecting a 2.1 or above in one of the following relevant disciplines: engineering, business, finance and IT.

Development
At the core of our Graduate Development Programme is the move towards the acquisition of technical skills. Our Engineering Graduate Development Programme is accredited by the relevant engineering institutions (IChemE, IMechE, IET, and the Institute of Measurement and Control) and is designed to help you become chartered as early as possible.

Graduates in the non-engineering disciplines are provided the same high level of support to gain professional membership to their relevant institutions (CIPD, CIPS and the British Computer Society).
