Transactions and Restructuring
Transactions and Restructuring is a fast-moving area of our Advisory business. Here you’ll find specialists capable of helping clients right through from the conceptual thinking of buying a business to turning their business around in times of difficulty.
About the programme
Our Transactions and Restructuring Graduate Development Programme is a structured rotational programme which allows you to gain experience of the individual areas within Transactions and Restructuring before deciding where you wish to build your long-term career.
Made up of three core areas – Corporate Finance, Restructuring and Transaction Services – this part of our business works with a diverse range of clients including private and public companies, the public sector, private equity houses, leading financial institutions and individuals. The common threads across our work are the complex and challenging business issues we address, the tight timescales we work to, and the enormous sense of reward we enjoy.
The programme is designed to support your development and give you a broad commercial awareness of the challenges a business faces. Join this area, and you’ll gain advisory knowledge across a broad spectrum of business issues, enhancing value for clients across the deal and economic cycle. A combination of structured training, work experience and on-the-job coaching will give you the professional skills and experience you need to operate effectively.
You’ll also be given support to study for the Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales Qualification (ACA).
