Media Company seeks International Venues Logistics Coordinator!

We’re a London based international media company – with a solid 18 year track record – and active in more than 50 countries. We run websites, magazines, exhibitions and conferences across the world.

The Job

This role will involve researching and sourcing venues for 60 person conferences right up to 1500 visitor exhibitions. You’ll negotiate prices and contract with major venues and suppliers, worldwide. You’ll also design and produce all event materials and probably manage the event on site.

Qualification Requirements

You don’t need experience in conferences because we look for people who have done interesting things with their time – and who can grow and develop – rather than those who just have good qualifications.

You’ll spend up to $1million a year, so your organisation and time management skills must be above the norm and you’ll have to stick to budgets and deadlines. You’ll also need to be a great diplomat and level headed when working with demanding organisers and suppliers.

You’ll work in a multinational office that’s non-hierarchical and full of people just like you, who are ready to offer help, support and advice.
