If you’re in your first year at university (or second if you’re studying a four-year degree), our Spring Insight Programme is a fantastic way to learn more about a leadership career with Barclays and to help you decide if a career in financial services is right for you.
The Programme
Over four days at our Global Headquarters in London’s Canary Wharf, you’ll lean all about the different areas of our business to help you decide where your interests lie. By shadowing our current graduates, across the range of programmes that we offer, you will get to see first-hand the kind of work they are involved in.
We’ll also run sessions to improve your interview and presentation skills, give you chances to ask questions to and network with some of our business leaders, and improve your commercial awareness and business acumen.
At the end of the four days, we’ll give you an opportunity to put everything you’ve learned into practice and present to some of our business leaders. Success here could see you fast-tracked towards one of our Summer Internships the following year and give you a real head-start to a leadership career at Barclays.
Who we look for
As with all of our programmes, you’ll need to have obtained at least 300 UCAS points from your top three A-Levels (or equivalent) and have evidence of previous work experience and involvement in extra-curricular activities.
