You’ll learn how to identify and manage exposure, minimise risk and maximise profit in your two years on the scheme, while building up an impressive blend of technical, commercial and leadership skills. You’ll work directly with brokers, clients and colleagues so negotiation skills and relationship management is key and on top of paid-for qualifications and a huge support network (including a mentor, line manager and buddy), you’ll enjoy some very impressive benefits.
