You already have what it takes
There is still time to apply for a place on our Industrial Placement. Where you’ll see what it’s like to work inside a company like Ernst & Young. We’ll help you understand what your individual strengths are and demonstrate how using them can take you further, faster.
By ‘strengths’ we mean your natural traits. Compassion, creativity, resilience, self-awareness ... they’re not always easy to identify, but you’ll know if you’re using them because you’ll feel happy and motivated.
EY Industrial Placement
If your degree requires you to spend a year in industry and you’re committed to a career in professional services, a Placement with us should be top of your list.
You’ll spend a year as part of our business, working with clients, shadowing a Partner and sitting some of your professional exams. You will get to know some of our senior people, plus graduates and other placement students, so you’ll leave with valuable contacts. You could get some international experience too.
Exceptional candidates get the chance to apply to go to Florida for our International Intern Leadership Conference with 2,000 interns from our offices around the world. Placements begin on 27th July 2012 — so the sooner you get your application done, the better.
Why do it?
As you’ll sit some professional exams during your placement, you could qualify earlier as a Chartered Accountant. You also get paid during your placement, and if we feel you’ve performed well, there’ll be a graduate job at the end of it for you.
