Macquarie organises its activities into six operating groups within which individual businesses operate.

• Macquarie Funds Group (MFG)
• Macquarie Securities Group (MSG)
• Corporate and Asset Finance Group (CAF)

Key to Macquarie's success is a unique management style that provides individual businesses with a balance between operating freedom, control on risk limits and observance of the highest professional standards. This philosophy encourages a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial endeavour among our people and has produced a stream of major financial innovations throughout Macquarie's history.

Our diversity of business and commitment to career development means you'll find your niche and excel.

More than just Banking

Macquarie is also committed to giving back to the societies in which we operate. The Macquarie Group Foundation was established in 1985 to formalise Macquarie’s community support programme and to provide a leadership role in corporate philanthropy. Macquarie has provided support to over 1,300 community organisations, focusing on the key areas of education, the arts, health, welfare and the environment.  Since its’ inception, the Foundation and Macquarie staff have contributed approximately £71 million.

In the UK, the foundation has worked on numerous causes, including establishing a partnership with the Princes Trust, Streetwise Opera, and working with the London Philharmonic Orchestra on their adopt-a-class scheme.
