We only recruit some 20 trainees a year – a relatively small intake which means that you’ll be an integral part of the team from the outset, receiving the support and attention to make rapid progress. In fact, it often won’t feel like you’re training at all. From the start, you’ll be hands-on, working on live projects alongside partners and lawyers, turning the theory of law into the practice of being a solicitor.
