Once your training is completed there is the opportunity to move back to one of our UK office locations. Additionally we are expanding throughout Europe and therefore there is the opportunity to work in further European locations. We are currently in the process of setting up new operations in Switzerland.
Recruitment is not easy work. You will be dedicated to achieving your goals and need to work hard at a number of things, including developing your sales skills and understanding the area you work within. However the rewards are certainly there, not only financially, but also personally and professionally.
Look at it this way; if you are willing to work hard, listen and learn, take feedback and seek information, have a proactive approach and you appreciate good customer service, then you will find that we will be willing to teach you the skills that you need and provide you with the professional platform you need in order to succeed.
Whilst on the Graduate Training scheme you will benefit from a leading salary (equivalent of about 22k) plus commission. When moving into a consultant role you will be in a position to earn over £100,000 per year, as well as benefitting from a salary of 20-35k. Our commission schemes for consultants range from 16-40%.
