Our roles
You will join Morgan Crucible as a graduate engineer on a structured programme. This two year programme will arm you with the skills to be a successful leader in our business. Over the two years you will get to put your engineering background into practice on a number of projects for real customers with real problems. There will also be opportunities for international experience and cross functional working. By the end of the programme you will be familiar with finances, you will have worked cross-functionally and will have attended many formal graduate training opportunities. You will be mentored and given every chance to progress quickly into a leadership role.
Who are we looking for?
We want graduates with, or expecting, a good degree in any Materials Science or other related Engineering degree (including Masters, MBAs and PhDs). It is not essential that your background is in materials science, but you are interested in materials and how they work. You are able to demonstrate to us that you are a future leader. You are able to problem solve, using initiative and creativity to develop and deliver solutions. You are able to work with ambiguity and adapt to change and see the bigger picture. You have a can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal, team working and influencing skills.
