Salary:
The starting salary for trainee solicitors is £37,000 per annum, rising to £41,500 in the second year. The current salary upon qualification is £60,000

Getting started
On joining, you will benefit from a two-week induction programme. This will help you orientate yourself within the practice, teach you vital research skills and how to make the most of our wealth of resources.
Your seats
Choosing the practice area that suits your skills and engages your interest is crucial. We will help you arrive at the right decision. At least one of your seats will be spent on a client or international secondment.
Mentoring
Our mentoring scheme will help you make the most of the incredible depth of knowledge and experience across the organisation. Your mentor will offer you everything from career insights to resolving any concerns you may have.
Working together
We pride ourselves on our supportive culture that thrives on collaboration and encourages networking with your trainee colleagues, lawyers and partners. You will also help to choose - or become - one of two Trainee Representatives. These meet once a quarter to provide feedback, raise concerns and generate ideas to ensure your training contract is a rewarding experience.
