The programme
We’re here to give you a heads up in accountancy. Our three-year graduate programme is designed to help you achieve your chartered status as quickly as possible and we offer routes into audit, tax, corporate finance and restructuring & recovery. Here, you’ll get to grips with our extensive portfolio of clients in the arts, entertainment, charity, property and professional practice sectors, and learn how to deal with owner managed, entrepreneurial and growing businesses. Not only that, but you could find yourself working on live projects with your own clients in as little as 18 months. Why so soon? Because we believe giving early responsibility gives you the chance to show us what you’re really made of.
You’ll make this programme your own. The opportunities, the development and the support will be shaped around your personal interests and future ambitions. You’ll make the most of our industry leading support and guidance. We’ll also help out financially with your study and revision courses (the first time around) and give you time off for exams. After all, we know this is a formula that works. It’s the reason that our pass rates are always well above the national average. And if you’re heading for the top, we have transition and executive development programmes to develop you as a manager, leader or even Partner, in no time at all.
While we all get our heads down and work hard, we think it’s important to have a good work-life balance. That’s why there’s always a full social calendar, as well as likeminded people to enjoy it with. We also provide an excellent benefits package, including a competitive starting salary, profit sharing scheme, life assurance cover, group income protection scheme, pension scheme, season ticket loan and full study support.
The prospects
Once qualified, your chosen career will really take you places, where challenges and rewards are plentiful. You could specialise in a particular service line or client sector, go on to study further professional qualifications or even take up secondment opportunities through our links with Baker Tilly International.
The requirements
You’ll need to bring a minimum of five GCSEs at grades A to C (including at least a grade B in Maths and English Language), or a minimum of five Standard Grades at grades 1 to 3 (including at least a grade 2 in Maths and English Language).
