Yet Troen and Yeung, restaurateurs, are only 24 and 25. With their colourful V-necks and fresh-faced exuberance, the pair even look the same. They met during their first term at university. “I kept hearing about this guy called Nick,” Yeung says. “People were saying to me ‘have you met Frank, he’s really great’,” Troen cuts in.
