As we emerge from the downturn, the companies in this supplement will lead the recovery.
"Our league table shows it is possible to hold down a place among the elite 100 Best Small Companies to Work For over a number of years. Six companies have featured in each of the past five years, but with 55 firms new to the list since last year a place is now as hard to retain as it is to attain in the first place."
Softcat managing director Martin Hellawell told The Sunday Times: "What Softcat has to offer to the market is not unique. So the only way we can differentiate ourselves is with customer service. It's as simple as that. It's why we're successful. And we do that because we have staff who love Softcat."
