Nearly anything that you want or need can be found on the internet. For you to be a success you need to find a gap in the market, sell a superior product or sell at a cheaper price.

New Media
New media is the term used to refer to the Internet and the companies based on it. Successfully working in new media can be extremely rewarding, especially financially. With immensely popular sites such as MySpace and YouTube being sold for hundreds of millions of dollars, there is money to be made in new media. But it is also a volatile area that leads to far more site owners having to cut their loses and seek alternate employment than make it big. This is especially the case since the bursting of the dotcom bubble – the abundance of huge pay packets in the late 1990s is a thing of the past.
