How it works
As a successful candidate you will:- start on an annual salary of around £21,000, with pension
- be posted to a Scottish NHS board for up to three years, starting in September
- have the chance of a three-month elective elsewhere in Scotland or even abroad
- have two years’ paid, in-work training leading to a Diploma in Health Service Management
- work alongside some of Scotland’s top NHS managers and clinicians
- be guaranteed at least a further year’s work, while you complete your MSc in Health and Public Leadership.
