The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers
The UK's nuclear industry is facing its biggest challenge in decades.
Existing power stations are nearing the end of their working lives and are ready to be decommissioned. A new wave of plants has been given the go ahead. That means a new generation of engineers, scientists and business professionals are needed.
The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority has brought leading businesses, like Rolls-Royce, Sellafield and Magnox, together to create the nucleargraduates programme.
The scheme gives graduates experience of five key areas in the nuclear sector - decommissioning, power generation, processing, defence and new build - through placements at organisations in the UK and internationally.
