The Full Stack Web & Mobile Developer will be joining a team of 30 entrepreneurial, driven and highly intelligent individuals in their Central London office. On a day to day basis, you’ll be working in small Scrum teams to build bespoke web and mobile solutions. You’ll be interacting daily with clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations to help solve their business problems using the power of technology to fight waste and increase efficiency!
·Work face to face with the clients to solve problems daily and develop web and mobile solutions with real value to the end users
·Collaborate effectively in a 3 to 5 person self-organised team, helped by an Agile Coach and technical coach
·Minimum 1st STEM Degree from a Russell Group University or 2.1 from Oxbridge/ Imperial
·Commitment to always try and improve everything you do
·A passion for programming and problem solving
·Ability to use initiative and to work well under pressure
·Good team player with a spirit of co-operation
Training & Development:
Progression: There are 2 elements to developer progression:
·Their progression process is based on the developer exhibiting technical progress as well as leadership within the company. Once developers have passed their first up, they have the potential to coach newcomers to the company. The rate of this progression is completely self-driven, ie the more work they put into achieving this the faster they will move through the ranks.
·Based on the company’s needs, architects will be appointed following a vote by other architects within the company. The fastest progression to architect is around a year.
Salary: Competitive based on experience
