At BMW, every year we take on undergraduate students to complete internships with us.  This is an opportunity to get a taste of working life and to gain valuable insights into the different occupational fields at the BMW Group. During your time with us, you will get to understand a great deal about people, technology, processes and corporate culture. You will learn to put the theory you have studied at university into practice and to hone your teamwork skills at one of our production network locations.

The production network consists of MINI Plant Oxford, MINI Plant Swindon, and BMW Plant Hams Hall. Plant Oxford is one of the most modern and technically advances car plants in the world and is the heart of MINI – while Plant Swindon is where MINI panels are pressed. BMW Plant Hams Hall manufactures small fuel efficient, low emission engines for BMW and MINI vehicles.

This year we are offering a number of different 12 or 6 month internships in various departments within the production network. We offer positions in Engineering and Business departments. For example; Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Communications, Finance, Purchasing, IT and HR.
