Account Executives

Our Account Handlers should be able to demonstrate outstanding creative judgement and - working with the planners and our creative department - take responsibility for the highest standard of creative output possible. You will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to keep track of production budgets whilst supporting the Account Director on fees and forecasting. 


Planning requires the same natural ability as our account handlers when it comes to communicating with clients and collaborating with our wider agency, but their role is more focussed around analysing client data and then using that info as a basis for writing tight creative briefs and logical, structured presentations. This type of role would suit someone with a degree (or equivalent) such as Psychology or Economics, or some work experience in a planning department.


The role of a Producer is to focus on specific campaigns and ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget. You are the glue holding each element of the project development together. To be considered you must be a natural communicator, with the ability to soak in technical information and then relay it in a way which is easy to digest. A related qualification is also preferred, but is not essential.

PR Account Executives

It goes without saying that a PR account handler needs to be an excellent communicator. Ideally you will have a related degree such as Journalism, Media or English Language and a real passion for our fast moving industry. 

Media Account Executives

Ideally our Media account handlers will have a Maths, Economics or Business degree (or equivalent) and be happy working with numbers on a day to day basis. You will need to be bright, confident and comfortable in taking a lead on developing client relationships, but with a naturally analytical mind-set.
