Trainee Recruitment Consultant with Czech, Newcastle GBP30-35k OTE 1st year!

This is a trainee recruitment consultancy role within the fastest growing recruitment company in the UK. This is a role on one of the most highly developed markets within the business meaning promotion to Senior Consultant and then Team Lead can be achieved very quickly. There is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to make a substantial amount of money and have real career progression within a short space of time. Top achievers in their 1st year can achieve GBP35- 45K, followed by 55-70k in year 2, other incentives include;

Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but not a pre-requisite as we are interested in hearing from Graduate calibre candidates who are motivated by a sales based career.
You should be of a positive, confident & enthusiastic nature with excellent communication skills

Most importantly however, you should have a genuine passion to work in a fast paced & target driven sales environment. The office atmosphere is highly competitive so you must be able to show resilience and determination. In this role you will be responsible for the full 360 life cycle development, growth & management of long term client and candidate relationships in the market that you are assigned to and in order to succeed you will be given full industry leading training in all aspects of sales, recruitment & head-hunting in a first class career development plan.
