The role:
• Grown client relationships via Business Development (B2B) calls and Account Management
• Sell and negotiate on multiple levels with both candidate and client throughout process
• Advertising vacancies, processing applications and shortlisting candidates via headhunting resources on Linked In, Job Boards, Database regeneration, Referrals and IT forums.
• Manage, organise and control your recruitment processes from start to finish (360)

What we require:
• Full fluency in written and spoken Dutch skills (Belgian, French, Flemish beneficial)
• Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or some sales experience e.g. B2B, telesales
• Highly motivated by career progression / earning potential with a desire to succeed
• A strong work ethic to go the extra mile and a willingness to learn new sales skills
• Commitment to a full-time permanent role Monday - Friday based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK
• Confident, professional telephone manner able to undertake cold / warm outbound calls
