As part of the 2017 Group Graduate Scheme you will rotate around at least two different businesses across four, six month placements. During your rotations you will experience working within a technical function as well as people management, project management and you will also be getting involved in broader projects supporting CSR activity across the group.

You will gain exposure to the following:

What we are looking for:

Academically, we are looking for CCC (or higher) at A-level and a 2:2 degree (or higher) within a food related discipline completed within the last 3 years. Our sites are often in rural areas of the UK and therefore it is a requirement that you have a Full UK Driving Licence in order to get to work and travel between sites. You will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary and benefits:

To compliment your practical learning we will take you through The Open Programme, our graduate management scheme delivered by Discovery Graduates and accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management. You will also be supported during the scheme by a senior business mentor.
