This is an ideal role for an Apprentice Field Service Technician to join Ricoh UK. It will be your job to provide customers with a professional, efficient maintenance and repair service to Ricoh customers in your assigned region.

You will be trained on all aspects to provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. There will be an added opportunity to maximise revenue to by identifying potential business and upselling our professional services while carrying out your day-to-day duties with your customers.

You will also be trained to be responsible for the management and control of vehicle stock in order to ensure first time fixes and stock levels are maintained. In order to perform this role well, you will need a base knowledge of electrical/mechanical engineering with fault-finding techniques. You will be practical, able to think laterally and also possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.

A full driving licence is required for this role.
