Enjoy being at the centre of things? Want every day to be different? Join us as a co-ordinator for our one of our front line housing teams.

Notting Hill Housing exists to provide good quality housing to those who otherwise couldn't afford it. We are inspired by the impact we can have and are passionate about creating a better London.

We're offering a great opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join us in an important co-ordinator role, supporting one of our busy teams.
We put customers at the centre of what we do. As a Team Co-ordinator in our housing department, you'll work closely with a group of Housing Officers. Because they have busy jobs we'll count on you to support your team to deliver an excellent service to our customers.

In this job you won't just be answering phones. You'll become the go-to person in the team, getting on with a wide range of tasks. Your day-to-day work will vary - you could be updating systems, collating business information and monitoring performance, or organising meetings, processing invoices, taking minutes and taking enquiries from customers. For this reason you'll have some experience of administration, be proficient with Microsoft Office and be able to pick up new systems and processes.

You'll get to work with a range of colleagues, customers and other stakeholders with diverse needs and requirements, so we'll expect you to be an amazing relationship and rapport builder. To keep the team working smoothly you'll share our 'can do' attitude and enjoy being at the heart of a busy team. In everything that you do, your cheerful, efficient and precise approach will be part of the reason why our customers love where they live.

We're committed to hiring and developing passionate, enthusiastic, and talented individuals who can add value to our thriving organisation. We also look to help our employees grow. If this is your first job in housing, that's fine. We aim to give people the skills and knowledge to progress - people who have joined us in this position have gone on to a variety of roles such as Research and Policy Adviser, Housing Officer, Project Officer or Engagement Officer and Sales Manager.

In return we offer excellent benefits including 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), health cash plan, season ticket loan, tenancy deposit scheme, cycle 2 work scheme, childcare vouchers, life assurance and a generous contributory pension offer. Please note that some benefits may be pro rata for contract length.

Please note that there is currently one permanent and one fixed term vacancy based in our office in Hammersmith.
