Our client are now looking for an ACA Trainee (Accountancy) with a strong focus on social impact and interest in working with the third sector to join the busy and successful Advisory & Impact Department!
As an analyst, you will work on projects across the department’s four main practice areas: impact management, transactions, risk and investigation and strategy. You will learn under the guidance of the practice managers and alongside other analysts, whilst studying for the ACA qualification under a training contract supervised within the department.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude, a real willingness to learn, and a desire to embark on an accounting career!
·Assist with the production of financial and strategic advisory reports including business plans, options appraisals, feasibility studies and financial due diligence reviews
·Production of financial, risk and market analysis papers for discussion with clients
·Assist with the production of financial models and financial analysis spread sheet workings
·Support our impact team with the production of research reports
·Produce information packs/research reports to prepare for client and target meetings
·Liaise with clients, including co-ordinating meetings and managing information requests
·Support the Impact and Advisory Managers with day-to-day project management
·Degree educated (in any subject)

·Good commercial awareness
·Excellent organisation and time management skills and an ability to multi task
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential including the ability to relate to people at all levels of the firm

Training & Development:
You’ll be working very closely with the practice managers, who’ll provide a great deal of guidance and training, whilst studying towards your ACA. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment in which you will be given new opportunities for further career development.
