Sales and Account Management

We are looking for driven, enthusiastic and confident graduates to join Sponsorship department and take their first steps on to the career ladder with a multi billion pound turnover company that offers extensive career opportunities and world class training. Sponsorship division is the premier division that facilitates conferences for C-level executives from sellers and buyers side, therefore creating an opportunity for them to generate new business opportunities. In this role you will be selling sponsorship packages to new and existing clients in a variety of industries, particularly Financial Services, Telecoms and Life Sciences; and building up your client base, this will be done through great research, exceptional communication and a real desire to succeed and close sales. Based on your performance you will be given an opportunity to join overseas office (Miami, Dubai, Singapore) whether temporary (3 month) or permanently.

Responsibility:

  • Generating new leads by researching the market to identify trends and solutions
  • Reaching out to C-level executives and identify their needs and offering solutions
  • Prospecting and making sales calls
  • Work with managers within the sales process to close the sale·
  • Meeting clients at the conference and building the client relationship in to a multiple and global accounts
  • Adopting Consultative Selling approach

Requirements

· Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)

· Knowledge of foreign language is a plus

· Strong research skills

· A passion for learning and self improvement

· Self Motivated with a desire to succeed in a sales career

· Problem solving mind; Positive attitude and desire to sussed

· A minimum academic qualification of a university degree (or equivalent)

· B2B sales experience is not essential but highly desirable

· High level of business acumen and ability to learn quickly from our business leaders

· Eligibility to work in the UK is a must
