We are now looking for entry level Accounting Associates to join our Business Services team to work with a wide range of profit making organisations and charities.

We have positions available for both school leavers and graduates:


  • If you are a school leaver we believe that our entry level positions are a fantastic alternative for those who do not wish to pursue the option of going to university. We offer an apprenticeship programme which provides comprehensive, supervised training with continued career progression with the view to study the ACCA after completing the AAT.
  • Alternatively if coming in as a graduate we offer a comprehensive supervised training programme with continued career progression to study towards the ACCA.

You will have a manager as your mentor and access to partners and senior staff for further guidance. A closely monitored programme of tuition is provided by a top firm of external tutors. The training will consist of courses at the tutors’ offices, private study, regular assessments, as well as on the job training.


As a single-office practice you will get to know everybody in the Firm and have the opportunity to shine from day one.

Candidates must have:

  • Strong A levels or equivalent and/or AAT Level 2/3 (working towards or achieved)
  • Excellent GCSE results with a minimum of level 5 (B grade using the old system) in GSCE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact professionally with internal and external clients
  • Able to prioritise workload and be self sufficient
  • Be a multi-tasker
  • Displays ethical judgement
  • Evidence of problem solving skills
