The Company:

Our client is the UK's first SaaS enabled marketplace for creative meeting, off-site and event spaces that allows you to instantly search, book and pay for almost 6000 venues across London and the UK.

Since their launch in 2015 they have received £4.2M in investment. Based in Shoreditch, London they are now a team of 55; with their three products they're on a mission to reinvent the global events industry through technology.

The Role:

Reporting into the Head of Sales you will be working as part of the Host Acquisition Team to grow the database of our client's venues in Europe, whilst generating revenue through the sale of their 3D and Power Host Packages. As part of the Series A funding, our client has identified 4 European cities they want to open in 2019. This role will be integral to driving the business' expansion in to Europe and helping the company launch across multiple new territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Signing up 200 new venues per month across Dublin, Amsterdam and Paris
  • Researching creative and inspiring spaces in specific European cities to list on the database, then going out and getting these spaces signed up with the client
  • Selling products to both existing hosts and prospective new venues
  • The role will involve monthly trips to Europe to meet the venues you are signing up

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 from a Top University
  • Demonstrable competitive nature
  • Strong interest in tech, sales or client services
  • A go-getter, wanting to succeed in a fast-growth start-up environment

Desirable:

  • Experience in real estate, recruitment or similar

Salary: £25,000

Bonus: £6,000 OTE
