There’s no typical day at Explore! The Assistant Director role is full of variety, and you will find yourself getting stuck into loads of things, that broadly fall into 4 main areas:

  • Sales and Marketing – You’ll be raising awareness of your centre within the local community.
  • Management & Business – Right from the start of your career you’ll be given responsibility for the running of the centre you are in and for the development of a team of part time tutors.
  • Teaching – Our goal is to build confident fearless learners who are hungry for knowledge. We always want to make sure we’re delivering an incredible standard of tuition to our members.
  • Customer Service – Our whole company is dedicated to providing the absolute best service and highest standards that we can to the families that use Explore.

Don’t worry, we’re not looking for you to be an expert in all of these areas, so long as you are passionate, proactive, resilient and willing to get stuck in and give everything a go, we’d love to hear from you.
