Look no further. Elephants Can’t Jump is currently recruiting for a Brand Building Executive to join the herd. With responsibility from day one, you will have the chance to get involved in a range of brand strategy, innovation and research projects, working for some of the world’s leading brands as well as the latest start-ups.

Summary of Brand Building Executive Role

Elephants Can’t Jump believe that brands need to be nimble to succeed. We give brands the agile thinking and impetus they need to jump ahead through brand strategy, innovation and insight. We work in the UK and internationally for a range of clients across FMCG, retail, leisure, finance, the charity sector and beyond.

We are on the lookout for a Brand Building Executive to join our team in response to growing client demands. This is a junior role within the brand builder team with opportunities to get involved in live client briefs across brand strategy, innovation and research, and develop your skills in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Critical thinking and analysis
  • Creativity, both making connections and original thinking
  • Strong sense of individual responsibility as well as ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team

Experience:

  • Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent. Elephants come from all walks of life, so a marketing degree isn’t essential at all.
  • We welcome previous experience in marketing that has enabled you to build an understanding of the sector
  • An interest in digital and demonstrable digital skills are preferable
