Our Apprenticeship scheme has been designed to help you develop the behaviours that will help your growth thought-out the programme and beyond. We offer rotations into different roles, providing you with plenty of opportunities to expand your experience, your knowledge and build your network across the organisation.

Each apprentices will have 4 x 6 month job rotations in areas of the business such as:
• Credit
• Operations
• Corporate Banking
• Finance / Human Resources / Strategy / Customer Advocacy

Roles and responsibilities:
• Credit UK CC Admin / Portfolio Analysis
• Scheduling UKCC Bi weekly meetings, uploading papers, liaising with stakeholders uploading minutes, following through on actions
• Supporting the risk reporting governance process through collation of data and reporting for key calendar dates Credit Assurance
• Supporting assurance framework through activities including: reviewing output of centre/corporate Monthly Business Risk Meetings have been uploaded to SharePoint. 
• Collating data into regional and Business Risk Meetings
• Reviewing Covenant tracker and data outputs. 
• Notetaking on WLR and following through on actions outstanding from the above to track to completion.
• Supporting the FX team, through logging and responding to queries, monitoring
workflow.

2. Corporate Banking
• Supporting the team in servicing existing customers and winning new business. 
• Activities will include: researching prospective customers on the internet, preparing packs for presentation to credit committees,

Skills Required: 
• Strong interpersonal skills ability to establish rapport with all staff.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent organisational skills
• Team player but can work effectively individually

Entry requirements:
• Five GCSE grades C – A* (or 4-9), including Maths and English
• Good knowledge of IT packages e.g Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets etc.

Included in qualification:
  1. Training on the 18+ month Standard Level 3 Business Administrator (BA3) apprenticeship.
  2. Being a WhiteHat apprentice means access to awesome social events, sports teams, insight/career days with other apprentices to grow your network, as well as your own personal Coach who will guide you through the qualification to help you achieve your full potential.
  3. As part of your WhiteHat Apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to develop 6 key competencies, underpinned by well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness and grit.
What's next:
After your Business Administration apprenticeship progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.

Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £18,000
Apprenticeship duration: 18 months
