About Maris Interiors:

Roles and responsibilities:
• Inputting information onto database. 
• Assisting with administrative duties
• Running off market research reports for the team and carrying out analysis to find trends. 
• Assisting department head with admin duties and carrying out other appointed tasks.

Skills required:
• Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication aptitude, with the confidence to liaise with staff at all levels.
• Team work skills to be able to work collaboratively and co-cooperatively with others Excellent written English and good attention to detail, including proofreading skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

Personal qualities:
• A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise, always seeking to provide options and aiming to achieve successful outcomes.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail due to the high volume of data handling and inputting.

Entry requirements
• Five GCSE grades C – A* (or 4-9), including Maths and English
• Good knowledge of IT packages e.g Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets etc.

Included in qualification:
  1. Training on the 18 month Standard Level 3 Business Administrator (BA3) apprenticeship.
  2. Being a WhiteHat apprentice means access to awesome social events, sports teams, insight/career days with other apprentices to grow your network, as well as your own personal Coach who will guide you through the qualification to help you achieve your full potential.
  3. As part of your WhiteHat Apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to develop 6 key competencies, underpinned by well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness and grit.
What's next:

After your Business Administration apprenticeship progress into HR, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing & PR, Real Estate, Personal Assistant, Office Management, Business Management. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.
