This Council has a fundamental ambition to reduce inequality in the borough and tackle some of the longstanding social problems head on - from child poverty and housing to domestic violence and mental health. We believe the best way we can do this is by taking a fresh look at how we can tackle underlying social problems.
This is why we’re looking for individuals with fresh ideas, different perspectives and the necessary skills to come and play a key part in our journey of improvement, finding new ways to make progress. Joining our graduate programme will put you at the forefront of our organisation.
