ROLE WILL BE BASED IN EUROPE
We are actively seeking ambitious and aspiring chefs to join our winter teams where you will be based in some of Europe’s top ski resorts for the ski season. You will have the chance to further your experience in professional, commercial kitchens.
Chef de Partie’s will manage a section in the kitchen as well as train junior chefs while being involved in cooking all dishes on the menu and will have the opportunity to gain fantastic kitchen management experience over the season.
Commis Chefs will assist with the cooking across both breakfast and dinner service and will be provided with the platform to progress and further their career development with Mark Warner.
We offer a good Gastro-Restaurant level of food cooking for breakfast services and a la carte evening menu’s. You will experience cooking to a high standard in a well maintained and hygienic environment where you can progress and work throughout the year at our summer and winter resorts.
