From the very outset our brand new Content & Communications Co-ordinator will have a unique opportunity to shape our messages, develop our communications strategy and design effective and innovative copy, content and materials across a range of channels. As our brand new Content and Communications Co-ordinator you will play a key role across the organisation, designing effective and innovative communications. From content management and communications plans through copywriting and the development of materials, you will work across a range of channels and a variety of audiences. From the outset you will have a unique opportunity to bring new ideas to help evolve how we communicate with our patients, our members and our colleagues.

You’ll quickly get to grips with what we do, building trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to make sure you get your hands on great content, fast. From keeping our websites up to date and developing our newsletters to creating innovative patient campaigns for our new services and generating and co-ordinating content for our member practices, you’ll always have plenty to be getting on with.

This is an important and responsible position at the heart of OxFed that would suit experienced communications professionals or a recent graduate with a relevant degree. You will have a dynamic, proactive approach, a passion for both internal and external communications and thrive on working in a busy, challenging and fast-moving environment. You love engaging with a wide range of people in a fast paced team, working on a diverse range of projects every day. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside a passion for customer service. You thrive on using your own initiative and working on projects from start to finish with limited supervision.
