Digital Marketing Analyst - Graduate

A bit about the team:

The Conversions team at MVF are responsible for thousands of sites and run tests that affect millions of pounds of revenue every month. They pick the problems they want to solve and use data to help solve these issues.

We’re looking to hire the next future leaders of MVF which means no micromanagement and no being told what to do. You’ll use data to lead the way, suggest improvements and together we’ll achieve our 2020 target of being valued at $1 billion.

The role you’ll be doing:

You’ll be optimising a number of different websites that our CRO team refer to as their own mini businesses. We believe in autonomy, so armed with your data skills, you’ll be setting the strategy, spotting trends and pushing the agenda - along with plenty of support from our super-talented CRO team.

The CRO role is like none other at MVF - you’ll be right in the middle of what’s happening day to day and have an exposure to a plethora of teams across the business.

  • You’ll be using your data skills to help turn more site visitors turn into conversions

  • Working out what influences people’s online decision making and creating site tests off the back of this.

  • Using your creative skills to test new and engaging copy.

  • You’ll be sharing your wins and losses with the wider CRO team to help generate ideas.
